In case you're wondering… we're writing this review as actual users of the upgraded version of Groove.cm.
So yeah… we know it's ups and downs, and we're gonna be totally honest about them all.
As a note, we are making the switch from Kartra to Groove… and we didn't take that decision lightly. We were in your shoes… searching for information on whether Groove.cm was going to be right for us and worth the investment.

Groove.cm is an all-in-one digital marketing automation and customer relationship management (CRM) platform. And yeah, you can build pages with it, but it's so much more than that.

Before we get into our pros and cons of Groove, we'd like to let you know this…
We bought the platform while it was in Beta, and it was noticeable that they were upgrading the program on an ongoing basis. The y have a vision for the platform and they are working full-tilt to make it a reality. Definitely a plus for this review.

The Pros and Cons of Groove.cm:
Pros:
- The FREE plan has enough apps and features to start and grow an online business.
- The Dashboard is an intuitive tool for app navigation and overall analytics.
- GroovePages loads extremely fast – as do the pages you create with it. And website speed is a major SEO factor for Google.
- Building a website and sales funnel is simple with their drag and drop editor.
- Their platinum lifetime offer (limited time) is a sweet deal with access to ALL future apps and long-term savings.
- GrooveMember makes it easy to build a membership site … and yet it has the essential features that a stand-alone membership platform would have.
- Build your business AND earn commissions by promoting Groove: 40% affiliate commission on the platinum lifetime plan for life and 20% affiliate commission on the free plan for life.
- Oh yeah… you don't need to apply to be an affiliate. Once you sign up with Groove, you are automatically an affiliate.
- Regular live trainings are really helpful for those new to online marketing and to Groove.
- The community rocks! There are always people willing and able to help whenever someone has a challenge.
- They are timely with their support responses and have a live help desk chat feature. This all while they are furiously upgrading the platform.
- They take on new feature requests from members… they see possibilities, not limitations.
Cons:
- It's still in Beta and so there are still some bugs to iron out.
- Some features are not yet available. For example… GrooveMail is not operational… but Groove does integrate with several other email marketing platforms.
- If you want to import your existing funnels from another funnel builder… it won't happen… you'll have to rebuild them. (But that's ok… you'll end up with a better-looking design in Groove.)
- With the 2-tier affiliate program , it can seem like Groove is multi-level marketing scheme. While Groove does rely on its affiliates to promote their platform, it's main function is as an all-in-one digital marketing automation and customer relationship management (CRM) platform.
