This is a very inspirational video by Dr. Randy Pausch when he appeared on the Oprah Winfrey show. It made us hug our kids just a little harder before bed.
- Always be dreaming… never lose that spirit. “Experience is what you get when you don’t get what you wanted”
- The brick walls that are in our way are there for a reason, to let us prove how badly we want things.
- Remember the importance of People vs. Things
- Decide if you’re a Tigger or an Eeyore. Never underestimate the power of having fun.
- Work & Play well with others.
- Show gratitude.
- Don’t complain, just work harder…
If you lead your life the right way… the dreams will come to you.
On a very sad note, Randy Pausch passed away on July 25, 2008. His energy and aliveness will be missed.
