Your tribe is the most important part of your personal brand.
And they’re not only your customers, they’re also the ones that believe in and promote the heck out of your brand.
So how do you know who these wonderful people are?
There are two ways to look at this:
Who is the PERSON that would be your ideal customer?
You can look at their demographics and then go a whole lot deeper into their fears, beliefs, attitudes, desires, etc.
You can look at the circumstance the people in your tribe would be in… the one you can improve for them.
What is it you can help them with? Can you save them money, make something more convenient or give them some clarity around something they find confusing?
Get to know your tribe… give them something to believe in and support.
