What Do Facebook and Chocolate Have in Common?

You're a success! You have all the knowledge and tools you need to make a difference in peoples' lives… something to offer the world. Whether it's how to make a first-rate Facebook Page or homemade chocolate that is to die for, there is something you know that will help others.

All you need now is guidance on how to spread your message… the knowledge you possess that others can benefit from. So find someone with the knowledge of how to get your message out, and learn from them. You owe it to the world to spread the knowledge you have, to allow others to experience it as well.

You may not see yourself as successful. You may feel that you aren't making enough money from what you know, or that what you know is of no value to others. Look at it this way… if it's of value to you, it must be of value to someone else. As human beings, we are not that much different.

Your knowledge may not directly bring you millions of dollars… but it can lead to other things which may… and in any case, if you can help one person it is a success.

Success depends on your perspective. Look for and find the successes in your life, and celebrate them. By focusing on your successes, you'll be sure to create more.

Top 5 Reasons to Organize All Your Information and Knowledge

Like everyone else, there seems to be no end to the amount of information and knowledge you’ve acquired through interesting articles or blog posts you’ve read, courses or e-courses you’ve taken, and all the other types of information research you’ve done.

You’re absolutely sure you've stored all of this somewhere… but where? Can you easily find it when you need it? And… you may be wondering why it really matters if you can find this or not.

Well… just in case you are wondering, here are the top 5 reasons why you really DO need to organize all your information and knowledge:

5) How Do I…?
You’re stuck… and you know you have the answer somewhere in the information you’ve gathered… but where? Make your organizational system searchable so you can find the exact info you need, when you need it.

4) Content Creation
You’ve got blog posts and articles to write. What about that e-course you planned on releasing? Researching all the information you have is a great source for content. It’s right under your nose. Again, organize it and make it searchable.

Organizing Relationships and Information for Review and Planning

PLContactBrain

Planning where you want to go personally, spiritually and professionally is a must. If you don't have a plan of what you want to accomplish and what you're going to do to get there, it can feel overwhelming or a lot like being lost.

To plan for the future, you need to know where you're at right now.

First let's look at relationships. You have a lot of relationships with other people; the question is what type of relationship is it? Is it a personal one, strictly professional, or both? How did you get to know this person? How can you help them? Do you have common relationships with other people?

So, to know how to keep and develop your relationships, it's important to have an understanding of what they look like now, how they relate to you and their connections with other people, events and information.

Now let's look at all the information and knowledge you've amassed over the years. It is said that knowledge is power. But as Goethe said, "Knowing is not enough, we must apply. Willing is not enough, we must do." Knowledge is of no value if it is not used.

How can you make use of, or act on, any information or knowledge you've acquired if you can't remember it or find it? To plan on where you want your business to go, you need to understand what you have in terms of information and knowledge you can use. Most of us don't need more information, we just need to know what we have and make use of it.

Now that we've demonstrated the importance of organizing and managing your relationships, information and knowledge, there are a couple of places you can go to to find out how we organize and manage it all.

Trust us… knowing where you're at in your relationships, what information and knowledge you have… and being able to find it and make use of it, is a huge step in successful planning. That in turn is a huge step in your future happiness and success.

Managing Social Media, Information and Knowledge Survey

Survey 1

We would appreciate your input on managing social media relationships, information and knowledge.

On a daily basis you connect with new friends and followers, keep in touch with existing contacts, and are exposed to an overwhelming amount of information and knowledge. So, how do you manage all that? Does most of it end up in a black hole, never to be seen again? If you're like most people, that's exactly what happens. Then when you need it most, you can't find it.

People have told us things like:
"I don' know how to organize it all."
"How do I get my head around managing this on a daily basis, so that I don't end up overwhelmed and therefore give up!"
"My challenge – overload, and getting everything organized. Paper and email avalanche."

As well, people had specific questions about whether it is possible to manage and organize social media relationships, information and knowledge, and how to do it.

To better define what you'd really like to know, would you please take five minutes to complete the following survey? (It's just 7 questions, and they're really easy to answer.)

The survey is here ==> http://2yourpage.net/go/survey01/cc1

Thank you in advance for your input, we really appreciate it.

A Glimpse Inside Alex Mandossian's "Brain"

Information, knowledge, and connections… what Alex Mandossian is all about. The question is… how do we keep track of all of the information, knowledge and multitude of links that Alex reveals to us?

The answer… we store it in Alex's "Brain".

What we've created is a very detailed, very large, dynamic mind map (Alex's "Brain") where we manage the information and knowledge Alex has imparted on his students, as well as his relationships or contacts.

From that large dynamic mind map (or "Brain") of over 8,200 thoughts we have extracted a "Public Brain", or scaled-down version to show you how "The Brain" can help organize your thoughts and knowledge… as well as the thoughts and knowledge of those you follow.

Go ahead and wander through "The Brain" of Alex Mandossian below and get a glimpse of the amazing amount of information and knowledge Alex sends out to the world and some of the "movers and shakers" he knows and associates with.

We delve into more details about the tool we used to create Alex's "Brain" and other dynamic mind maps in our blog post at: => http://TheCoolestCouple.com/cooltool1.
