ShortKeys is a utility that allows you to set up replacement text or paragraphs for any given number of user defined keystrokes. ShortKeys monitors the keyboard activity on a global nature and anytime a user defined keystroke combination is typed in, it will be replaced with the replacement text.

thanks for the Video.
It looks like a very handy tool. May have to get that as my time may be more absorbed.
I wonder if it is possible to create something with Word for that.

It is a great tool. Sure saves us a lot of time. Not sure about creating our own, we just use the ShortKeys software… sure beats all that redundant typing!

There are shortkey programs for Mac's… but since we don't use a Mac, we're not too sure what they are.
