1) Set up your Ping.fm Account:

1.1 Go to http://www.Ping.fm
1.2 Click on Signup https://ping.fm/signup and enter your personal details
1.3 Login to Ping.fm https://www.Ping.fm/login

2) Join / Authorize Social Networks

2.1 Go to http://Ping.fm/network and sign up and authorize each of the listed social network accounts

3) Updates and Syndication
